Install an EV charger

There is a growing demand for EV charging at destinations across NSW. Attract new visitors – and increase the time they spend at your site – by installing an EV charger through an EV destination charger grant. We’ll cover up to 75% of the cost.

The offer 

The NSW Government is providing co-funding toward the purchase and installation of EV chargers at eligible destinations in regional NSW.  

75% of EV charger at 7kW and / or 22KW plus 75% of installation cost up to $1000 per charger plus 50% of 2-year software subscription cost

Sites can be owned or operated by private businesses, NSW Crown Lands, local government or community groups. Further details on these categories can be found in the grants guidelines.

✅ Your site has no more than one existing EV charger installed.
